Peter is the Principal architect and the managing director for Delsika G. Company Limited. His working experience and dexterity in the built industry allows him to handle projects from inception to completion. He perceives Architecture and development as the provision of context-driven shelter through the balanced combination of Science, Art, Technology and Culture. He has garnered a wide array of experiences in the Design, construction and Supervision of large scale Commercial, Residential facilities and estate community designs over the past decade.
Peter is a licensed member of the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) and holds a Master of Architecture degree and a BSc. Degree in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

Evans is currently practicing as a full time Licensed Quantity Surveyor. Evans has over 10 years of experience in the various disciplines in the Quantity Surveying profession. He has experience in both the Consultancy and Construction divides of the Construction Industry. He has a vast experience in cost control and contractual aspects of construction projects.
